Nos. 2 FOY / POY spinning line BARMAG, year 1998, each line with following specs:
1 extruder / 2 spinning heads / 12 spinning positions / 6 ends per spinning position / 6 spin pack per spinning position / 12 quenching system / 1 spin-finish pump per position / 6 TCS tubes per position / 12 craft winders per machine
Max. production capacity of 1 extruder is 3400 kg/d.
Each extruder, type 9E10, is equipped with: 6 heating zones,temp. range 2500 – 3100C, Screen quenching chambers
Spinning heads equipped with spinning pumps and spin packs
12 spinning positions, each with 6 points
CPF central filter
Extruders equipped with “a hot tubes”, max. temp. 2000C., spin finish application jets and interlacing jets.
In each position a birotor CRAFT WINDER 6/900 is installed, max. spinning speed 5500 m/min.
The manufactured count range is 33 – 76 dtex.
Possibility to control individual positions.
Machines have hot tube but not hot godged roller.
